Read few stories bout sudden death of few friends's schoolmates recently have had raised few questions to my mind..

-what i want for my life?
-how long more will i live?
-have u done enough?

Quite distracted, meanwhile i am in midst of preparing myself for my last 3 papers for this MSc. Renewable energy Systems Technology... and sincerely speaking, the best answer for the three Q's above is I should be with and around my loved ones!! nothing more meaningful and precious than spending minutes and seconds with them....

i wish i can fast forwards all clocks around the world to Sept 1st now and board the plane home..

Just can't wait!! Miss u darling, and dearest princess Iman-Ilham...

safe and sound...

we are back to our healthy normal happy life. Iman and ilham are coughing free.. and it really ease my worries of that H1N1 symptoms etc.. hehehe...

down with fever & cough cough cough..

4 out of five in the house are down with flu and cough.. who's the lucky one? 0f course papa lah! And he's away to Kuantan for 2 days..

Ilham started it with normal light cough, then spread it to Iman. Iman is coughing prone and once she got it, it will come in package - cough, phlegm and the worst- pneumonia. Then ilham's temp shoot up to 39C yesterday evening around 3pm.. Me? was in office till 2pm with bad cough all the way. Went to dispensary at 2pm and got loads of medicines... finally all of us cought flu and cough by now.

sounds funny but seriously speaking it's so annoying to hear the sound of coughing in every corner of the house. Started with papa.. then me (of course for sharing the bed! hahaha)... then Iman (for having same blood type with me!) and then this morning... slowly heard Ilham cough intermittently!

What a coughing family! Our cough syrup stocks already out of stock. I need to stock up that syrup this evening or else we cannot sleep tonight. But meanwhile few traditional remedies we have tried too...such as Honey, Lemon & honey, extra hot water, Asam Boi Juice, Asam Jawa Juice and etc.. but nonetheless we still ehek ehek, guung guuung, ehek ehek, guuung guuung...

Any other remedy suggestion folk?

Soul Theraphy in United Emirates

After few years of dreaming about going to Dubai... Alhamdulillah finally manage to get blessing from hubby & good offer from MAS, return tickets for only RM1600++ on top of forgo my Enrich points & half of hubby's. Travelling for almost 8 hours from KL to Dubai via Karachi was quite wonderful. Being seated next to Finance Manager of Abbot (Pakistan), we spent time talking about our countries etc. Lots of Q about Malaysian History were unable to be answered correctly as am not good in that. Sorry sir. But then again, i wish Pakistan & Malaysia is just next door for his company produces Pediasure, Isomil nutrition milk for kiddies.. and he can get it at staff price.. ha ha ha... I can't afford to buy that in Malaysia.. it'a expensive. Then he's off in Karachi. The next person's coming was another mid age pakcik Pakistani in late 40's. A businessman in Dubai.. He's off to Dubai after coming back for a short holiday in Karachi. Dressed in modern attire with nice suit while 80% other Pakistani population in Economy Class that day were dressed in Shalwar Khamis + all sorts of smells (attar and curries etc) He he...

Shortly after landed in Dubai, Linda (a friend working in Abu Dhabi hospital) came to fetch me. Tell you, taxi rental and food are expensive in UE. Trip from Abu Dhabi-Dubai is cost around UED200. 2nd day in UE - we off to Dubai city from Abu Dhabi by bus (UED20) for sightseeing. Visiting Wafi Mall - a very posh mall with Egypt Design. I can't afford to shop here.. After having lunch and some window shopping, I tried to get my Dubai Planet Hollywood shirt but unfortunately it runs out of stock for the moment. The PH is just somewhere outside Wafi Mall. Then we off by taxi (UED17) to Naeff area to get some cloth or materials in Pulwanis. This shop is so famous for Malaysia. The owner and co-workers can speak well in Bahasa and you'll find the tagline for the shop is 'AIR CREW SHOP'. Once we enter the shop, there are pairs of aircrews inside, doing some material shopping etc. This shop offers good material at good price and it melts RM1300 out from my pocket...Shhhuuuussshhh... :)

But the amount i paid is for 15 pairs of combination chiffon, crepe satin and good cottons... so worth it isn't?

Happy 1st. Birthday Ilham

Daughter Ilham was just celebrating her 1st. Birthday last Friday. She's 1 by now. Time flies fast. Thank God for her good health so far.. Alhamdulillah. The pictures show the Mok Su Che Rahmah's clan- makan2 celebrating Ilham's birthday... and happy belated birthday to Angah too..which falls on Thursday, one day before Ilham dearie.
